We are seeking a future team member for the role of Operations Reclaims Projects & Test Lead to join our Tax Operations Strategy team. This role is located in Manchester, UK. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Support requirement refinement, planning and implementation of application enhancements, participating in activities related to development of functional and operational requirements. Test developed processes and train users on application enhancements and deployments. Interface with Product and Engineering on behalf of Operations to improve business processes. Produce materials and train Operations staff on application enhancements and deployments. Track and action tasks related to Operational Readiness activities. Support weekend implementations (approx. 1 per month), validating production releases.
