Job Description Handle purchasing of indirect materials, services, and equipment to support business operations. Ensure purchases are cost-effective, timely, and high quality. Monitor inventory levels and reduce excess or obsolete items. Build strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance. Work closely with other departments (Finance, HR, IT, Facilities, etc.) to meet procurement needs. Qualifications Requirements Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field. 3–4 years of experience in indirect procurement (manufacturing or multinational is preferred). Strong knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation. Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus). Proficient in ERP systems (AS400/SAP) and Excel.
