ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Associate Buyers Agent you will be responsible for aiding and assisting the entire Buyers Agency team in the daily operations and efficient delivery of client outcomes. You will be responsible for assisting the Buyers Agents to advise clients on property investment strategy, planning and property selection while maintaining workflows to support the efficient performance of the team.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Preparation of property reports and comparable sales
- Preparation of sales contracts
- Updating of internal standard operating procedures across all relevant platforms, for example internal CRM
- Liaise with all stake holders to ensure a smooth sale to settlement process
- Maintain and establish relationships with a network of legal representative’s, property managers, and building and pest inspectors
- Provide customer support and action client administration requests
- Providing general administrative support to internal teams as required
- Attend inspections and pre-settlement inspections as required
