What the day will look like As an associate in our Capital Advisory team, you’ll play a key role in preparing key deliverables and accomplishing projects for clients. You’ll work closely with colleagues to: Engage with clients to assess their capital needs, develop a strategy, and complete innovative solutions. Build and maintain financial models to support client engagements. Create high-impact presentation materials and pitch decks. Support internal collaborators with thought leadership and market insights. Collaborate across the firm to align capital strategies with broader reinsurance strategy. Although there will be opportunities to support broader capital advisory projects, this role will mainly focus on the legacy team. The focus includes targeting and accomplishing loss portfolio transfers, adverse development covers, RITCs, and similar structures.
