We're seeking a future team member/s for the role of Associate, Cash Processing/Fund Transfer I to join our Alternatives Operations team. This role is located in Wroclaw. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Process and review payment instructions to ensure accuracy Conduct call-backs with internal stakeholders Manage mailbox workflow Use systemic data to highlight, prioritise & implement to reduce manual touch points and find efficiencies in our process Investigate queries and ad-hoc requests Ensure procedures are followed Work with management to co-ordinate, upskill and determine resourcing requirements to ensure group is working as efficiently as possible Utilise & demonstrate the skills to use available digital tools & AI to enhance the user experience for our processes To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in finance, science or similar 0-3 years of relevant work experience Ability to multi-task, work to deadlines and accommodate varying levels of volume and priorities with high level accuracy Ability to resolve issues independently Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
