This is a high-impact leadership opportunity within a physician-led, value-based care organization focused on senior populations, clinical outcomes, and operational performance. POSITION OVERVIEW The Associate Center Clinical Director oversees clinical operations within an assigned market, directly managing and mentoring Clinical Directors while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, performance metrics, and patient outcomes. This role combines executive-level leadership with direct patient care responsibilities.
