Job Title: Officer – Central Operations (Retail Business) Function / Department: Loan Termination Operations Roles & Responsibilities: * Loan Servicing/Termination Expertise: Manage end-to-end loan servicing processes including: * Charges Waiver * Tranche Settlement Closure * Foreclosure * Balance Transfer (BT) * Maturity Closure * Partnership contracts closure * Service Request Management: Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan closure service requests within defined Turnaround Time (TAT). * System Proficiency: Operate and manage workflows using the Finnone Loan Management System with a strong understanding of its functionalities. * Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate effectively with PAN India teams including: * Collections * Branch Operations / Internal stakeholders * Customer Service * Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance operational processes to: * Strengthen internal controls * Reduce error rates * Improve TAT and overall efficiency * Reporting & MIS: Prepare and publish daily dashboards and MIS reports for senior management and key stakeholders. * Audit & Compliance: Handle audit requirements and ensure compliance for: * Concurrent Audits * Statutory Audits * RBI Audits Key Skills & Competencies: * Strong knowledge of loan servicing and termination processes * Proficiency in Finnone LMS * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Analytical mindset with attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive process improvements * Experience in audit handling and compliance /Query management

Responsibilities

This role involves managing end-to-end loan servicing and termination processes, including handling closures, waivers, and service requests within defined turnaround times using the Finnone Loan Management System. Responsibilities also include coordinating with various PAN India teams, preparing management reports, and ensuring compliance with concurrent, statutory, and RBI audits.
