Description

Assist the central retail operations unit by driving a high quality customer experience balance with efficiency, compliance and consistency. Review and assess a broad range of Insurance products within defined guidelines and accordingly facilitate decision while ensuring adherence to the prescribed policy. End to end management of cancellation & claim process. Handling GL reconciliation after remittance premium to partners Handling Policy reconciliation after policy issuance from partners. After remittance verify data and upload on system I for policy issuance. Verify refund credit and provide approval for accounting. Error cases discuss with respective stakeholders and reduce error cases.
