Responsible for sales process and decision-making strategy in an effort to further revenue production and Quota attainment. Work with Certified Software Partners to drive Revenue Prospect and develop new accounts while maintaining sales within existing accounts Coordinate with Regional Sales Directors and Field Reps Ensure Quality Control of finished projects and document these Projects monthly Working with Cross Functional Groups such as MKT, Enablement, GBO Working with Scheduling of training classes Drive Designated channel account revenue to specified Reseller Develop revenue forecast in coordination with Sales RD Quarterly Commits Track Sales Process with Internal CRM system Answer incoming calls and e-mails in relation to sales questions Help process immediate orders in for delivery of software Answer questions on software, Training, and Consulting Bachelor's Degree Minimum 3 years of Inside Sales Experience Sales experience in IT industry, software company is a plus Proven team player attitude Major in Information Technology 5 years in Software company is a plus Good understanding of software subscription (SAAS) model is a strong plus Software License Compliance experience is a strong plus Competitive Drive and Strong Desire for Success Fluent English in written and reading
