Description

Strategic Execution & Prioritization Partner with the Chief of Staff and CEO to scope, structure, and drive the company's top strategic initiatives across GTM, Product, R&D, Ops, and G&A. Build operating rhythms and dashboards that ensure clarity, accountability, and measurable progress. Identify bottlenecks, escalate issues, and drive crisp decision-making to maintain momentum. Work cross-functionally with leaders across Sales, Marketing, R&D, Product, Finance, HR, and Customer Success to align strategies and resolve interdependencies. Coordinate key planning cycles—annual planning, OKRs, board prep, QBRs, operating cadences. Ensure effective communication flow across teams and proactively remove roadblocks. Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity. Ability to understand complex business systems and connect dots across functions. Bias for action and intellectual curiosity Experience in high-growth tech, AI, SaaS, a plus but not required. We are a team of self-starters who excel in their fields.
