Associate Child Development Teacher at Providence Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. This position is Full Time and will work 40hour a week, Day shifts. Required Qualifications: * Coursework/Training: Required Coursework/Training 12 semester units of course work in Early Childhood Education including all CORE classes plus Infant and Toddler Development units. And Required Coursework/Training CORE Units in Early Childhood Education: Child/Human growth and development, Introduction to Curriculum, The Child, Family & Community - 3 Units of Infant/Toddlet Development. * Upon hire: Candidates with less than 2 years experience are required to have a Child Development Associate (CDA), National Early Childhood credential, or Minimum of 6 college credits in early childhood education (Facility Managed) * 2 years Paid or unpaid experience in an early childhood program/setting is required for candidates without a Child Development Associate (CDA), or national early childhood certification credentials. Participation in a degree seeking program or internship where the major is in Childhood Education or relevant field shall be credited as experience.
