We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused professional to join our team in a Client Consultant. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them navigate complex challenges and deliver tailored solutions that drive value. A strong understanding of GIPS Standards is essential, along with experience in performance measurement and attribution.
To succeed in this position, you will need excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to manage time effectively, and strong communication capabilities. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
Ideal candidates will bring a background in performance measurement and reporting, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Familiarity with performance systems will be considered a strong asset.

Client Consultants play a vital role in the successful delivery of solutions to our clients and act as liaisons across a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external, by way of their deep understanding of the FinTech industry coupled with exceptional system, technology, analysis and communication skills.
Consultants collaborate with clients to understand their business problem, analyze their current business processes, understand the clients’ success criteria, translate that into requirements, and assist in the design to deliver the best implementation to meet the clients’ goals.
An Associate Client Consultant should have a basic understanding of best practices, can execute tasks with supervision from others. Individuals will create basic level insights and recommendations in their area of expertise. Individuals in this role will continue to provide support to the client service team and begins to lead support efforts with low complexity.
