Job Summary: The Associate supports the execution of client development initiatives across retail brokers, fintechs, and private wealth channels in Asia. The role focuses on onboarding, product enablement, client engagement, project coordination, and marketing support to deliver HKEX solutions—including market data, trading access, and derivatives enablement—to clients in Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and China. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure timely delivery and alignment with HKEX’s strategic goals. Job Duties: Key Responsibilities: Client Enablement & Engagement Assist in onboarding and activation of clients including fintech brokers, local and Chinese banks, futures brokers, and retail brokers across the region. Coordinate delivery of HKEX services such as market data access, cash trading (IPOs, ETFs), and derivatives enablement (SSO/WSO, Indices, other FIC futures). Organize client engagement meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Maintain structured logs of client feedback and engagement outcomes; proactively collect and chase feedback from participants and accounts to support continuous improvement. Project Cross-Functional Support Support execution of strategic initiatives by collecting client feedback, including: OCP (Order Connectivity Platform) ODP (Order Distribution Platform) T+1 Settlement Discussion Collaborate with internal platform teams including Clearing & Trading (CT), Digital Transformation (DT), Risk, and Post-Trade to ensure smooth project delivery and client readiness. Business Analytics & Insights Perform business analytics on client activity, product usage, and engagement trends. Develop insights to support client segmentation, opportunity identification, and strategic planning. Share findings with internal stakeholders to inform product development and service enhancements. Marketing & Content Distribution Support marketing execution by coordinating client-facing campaigns and initiatives. Work with product teams to drive content distribution, including product updates, educational materials, and promotional content tailored to client segments. Client Support & Issue Resolution Act as a key contact for client queries related to onboarding, entitlements, and product usage. Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution. Experience & Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in client services, onboarding, or sales support within financial services or fintech. Familiarity with trading workflows, market data platforms, and brokerage systems. Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple client projects. Experience in meeting coordination, client feedback management, business analytics, and marketing support is a plus. Fluent in English; Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese is advantageous.
