Job Description Purpose of the job: Acts as the liaison between the clients, commercials, and the operational teams. This role advises, suggests, and discusses solutions with the internal and external clients in terms of NielsenIQ Products without sales activities. Key accountabilities (this area is not a detailed description of activities on the job): Converting the clients’ needs into internal work orders Close cooperation with operations and commercial groups to work more effectively with client inquiries processes and tools available Overall accountability for the timely and accurate resolution of client requests including direct contact with the client (email, SF) in regard to technical or operational issues Building positive relationships e.g., to effectively facilitate meetings, provide support and remove obstacles through networking with stakeholders (operations and commercial groups, clients) Contribute to solving elements of regional and global clients’ requests through collaboration with other countries Support in deep dive for root cause for quality improvement, including quality meeting participation with respective functions. Driving results which lead to significant and sustainable improvements in client satisfaction Providing training for the new joiners and other team members if needed Being responsible in keeping updated the operational documentation Daily work in a multicultural environment through cooperation with stakeholders and colleagues to delivering against the set objectives. Qualifications: Minimum work experience in client facing roles to be able to understand client requirements and execute relevant actions towards clients: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Combination of operational skills and client orientation, demonstrates willingness to understand operational “end-to-end” processes and able to translate business expectations into technical specifications Good relationship management skills to effectively liaise with commercial, clients and various operational teams Well-developed analytical skills and very good attention to details Proactive attitude in recommending suitable solutions, demonstrates a “Can-Do” & results-oriented attitude Independent in executing tasks, driving progress and working out solutions Ability to work effectively in a team to achieve goals together Problem solving skills Time management skills Strong communication, both verbal and written, easiness in presenting complex operational topics in a simple way Good Excel knowledge is a must Good knowledge of English Additional Information Our Benefits Flexible working environment Volunteer time off LinkedIn Learning Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP) About NIQ NIQ is the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
