We're seeking a future team member for the role of Client Processing Associate I to join our Conventional Trust Platform. This role is located in Manchester, UK. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions. Interact with other organizational units and teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues. Process account-related transactions per scheduled events and client-authenticated direction. Follow established procedures to answer inquiries and resolve problems or issues. Manage situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to client feedback. Escalate more complex situations to senior colleagues. Integrate area knowledge with understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients. Perform complex operational tasks in a product or functional area. Contribute to the achievement of team objectives. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Good Communication Skills, confident using phone and MS teams. Confident using MS Office e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience in using Digital Tools.
