We’re seeking a future team member to join our EMEA Funds team within Custody Trade Services. This role is located in Manchester, UK and will be working on a hybrid basis. (4 days a week in the office). In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:  * Oversee the day-to-day operations of a small- to medium-sized client processing support team that handles any/all aspects of client accounts, including solicitation, inquiries and problem resolution.  * Review the daily transactional workflow within the team and aligns team resources accordingly to complete the daily tasks.  * Being able to review and deal with complex queries * Ensures the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards, and is properly reviewed and documented.  * Acts as the team SME and deputise as first line of escalation where required. * Review existing processes and look for AI and digital opportunities to streamline.  To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:  * Must have a high level of attention to detail and be able evidence past experience of identifying and correcting errors in a process/procedure  * Experience of working to short deadlines  * Highly numerate  * Excellent organisational skills and ability to managing own deadlines and workloads * Experience of using non-Microsoft systems (including employer bespoke systems) desirable * Experience of reconciling data * Financial Services experience * Working with customer data  * Experience in the securities or financial services industry * Client focused outlook At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
