Join us and be part of something extraordinary We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Reporting/Performance I to join our Client Reporting team within BNY Investments. This role is located in Pune. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Delivering accurate, timely, and comprehensive reports to clients on their portfolios, transactions, and holdings. Develops technical expertise regarding product offerings in order to act as a resource to clients. Continuously improving reporting processes and tools to enhance client experience Answers any inquiries from clients regarding the nature of investment products and their portfolios along with inquiries regarding managing portfolio risk and asset allocation Supports the maintenance of the online platform utilized by clients to generate reports on their portfolios and portfolio performance. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 4+ years of total experience in Client Reporting or Operations within Financial services preferred Ability to have clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams Knowledge of Investment Management business process, data flows, types of reports & systems etc. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite & associated applications.
