About the role As an Associate in the Client Solutions Group at Liminal, you will play a critical role in delivering actionable intelligence, strategic insights, and go-to-market support to our clients. This role bridges the gap between consulting, research, and platform enablement - helping clients turn intelligence into execution. You’ll work directly with enterprise clients, investors, and technology providers to deliver advisory engagements, intelligence-driven research, and platform adoption initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for an analytical, client-focused professional to work at the intersection of strategy consulting, market intelligence, and product enablement, supporting projects that shape go-to-market strategies and competitive positioning in cybersecurity, fraud, financial crimes, risk, and trust and safety. What you'll do Insights & Intelligence Development Research and benchmark companies, products, and markets to support competitive intelligence, go-to-market, and investment analyses. Develop and maintain proprietary intelligence assets to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Monitor market trends and emerging innovations to identify potential opportunities and risks for clients. Collaborate with Liminal’s research and data teams to contribute to market frameworks, segmentation, and data models. Client Advisory & Project Delivery Lead work-streams and contribute to client-facing projects across strategy, growth, and intelligence engagements. Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to analyze market trends, operational metrics, and buyer dynamics. Prepare reports, presentations, and deliverables that communicate findings, insights, and strategic recommendations. Manage smaller client projects independently, while supporting larger multi-stakeholder projects as part of a team. Participate in client meetings and workshops, clearly articulating insights and recommendations. Platform & Member Engagement Act as a strategic partner to clients using Liminal’s Link platform by performing demonstrations and assisting with platform adoption. Deliver ongoing insights and personalized support to platform users and members, ensuring they extract maximum value from Liminal’s intelligence ecosystem. Collaborate with Liminal’s expert network—including Principals, SMEs, and Advisors—to align member needs with platform capabilities. Support planning and execution of member and client events, including strategy sessions, workshops, and executive summits. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Political Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). 2+ years of professional experience in investment banking, management consulting, business intelligence, market research, or corporate strategy. Proficiency in presentation and analysis tools, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides, and Google Sheets, with the ability to design clear, data-driven presentations and analyses. AI-native mindset with hands-on experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity for research, analysis, and content generation. Demonstrated ability to design, refine, and operationalize advanced prompts, including prompt chaining and the use of AI agents to automate workflows and enhance productivity. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating data and analysis into clear, actionable narratives. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong client service and relationship management skills. Strong interest in cybersecurity, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, risk management, and trust & safety. Willingness to travel for client meetings, workshops, and events as needed.
