OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of project management, account management, and customer service skills, with a keen understanding of financial services and SaaS solutions. QUALIFICATIONS
