It is comprised of three industry-leading businesses which, combined, provide end-to-end solutions across the investment lifecycle.   Position Overview    The Associate – Client Service (OPaaS + Corporate Actions) is a key member of our offshore operations team, based in Bangalore. This role supports clients needs in the financial services industry, primarily broker-dealers and wealth managers, by delivering high-quality transactional and tactical support.  The position is predominantly transactional, focused managing corporate action events, reconciling client data, and ensuring accurate cost basis reporting. The role involves handling client inquiries, monitoring production workflows, troubleshooting issues, and supporting tax season activities. This role offers exposure to cross-functional teams and provides a strong foundation for career growth within operations and client service.    Duties and Responsibilities  * Manage daily operations within the Corporate Actions & OpaaS team, ensuring timely completion of tasks. * Respond to client inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness, ensuring high service standards. * Monitor and process corporate action events, including researching, creating, editing, and validating data. * Perform data reconciliation by identifying and resolving out-of-balance positions for live and conversion clients. * Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with technical support teams as needed. * Support tax season activities (January–April) with additional operational responsibilities. * Assist in the execution of medium- and long-term projects, including documentation, tracking, and reporting. * Collaborate with operations, client services, product, and tax teams to maintain accuracy and compliance. * Identify high-risk or complex issues and escalate appropriately. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards in all client service operations.  Skills and Experience    * 1+ years of relevant experience in client service, operations, support teams, or financial services. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Proven attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with precision. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Familiarity with cost basis and tax reporting processes is preferred. * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus. * Demonstrated ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines consistently.
