The Associate Clinician Recruiter will play a critical role in driving candidate flow for our physician and APP recruiting teams. This role focuses on proactive outreach and lead generation to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified clinicians. the associate recruiter will work closely with assigned Senior Recruiter(s) to support full-cycle recruiting efforts. Essential Duties: Utilize various channels, including digital media, job boards, and networking events, to identify and attract potential clinician candidates. Contribute to email/text campaign content and execution, following team protocols Build and maintain lead lists aligned to a specialty, licensure, and market needs. Assist in proposing solutions for recruiting challenges and contribute to the development of effective recruitment strategies. Collaborate with experienced recruiters to understand and align strategies with organizational goals. Partner with assigned Senior Recruiter(s) to qualify leads and transition candidates into the recruiting pipeline. Manage outreach cadence to maximize response and engagement rates. Support the scheduling and coordination of candidate interviews and follow-up. Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in Salesforce. Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team as needed. Participate in training sessions to develop an understanding of clinician specialties, and recruitment best practices. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in clinician recruitment.
