Description:
Qiddiya Investment Company is leading the charge in creating a vibrant entertainment ecosystem in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an Associate Commercial Director to support our commercial strategies and initiatives. This role provides an exciting opportunity to be part of a pioneering project that redefines entertainment and leisure experiences in the region.
As the Associate Commercial Director, you will work closely with the Commercial Director to develop and execute commercial plans that align with the company’s objectives. You will play a key role in overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for projects. You will collaborate closely with project teams to develop and implement effective commercial strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. In addition, you will be responsible for managing vendor contracts and stakeholder relationships to maximize value and mitigate risks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors preferred
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial management within the real estate or construction sector (Preferred candidates come from Tier 1 Consultancy)
- Demonstrated experience in managing contracts and commercial negotiations.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Proficient in commercial management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for projects
- Collaborate closely with project teams to develop and implement effective commercial strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Responsible for managing vendor contracts and stakeholder relationships to maximize value and mitigate risks.
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management review.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to promote cooperation and transparency.
- Monitor the performance of commercial initiatives and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
