Overview The Associate Compound Engineer, according to the CCNL and with company directives, carries out the following tasks (exemplifying and not exhaustive):What You'll Do Lab testing of materials and products, applying standard set test methods or experimenting new approaches for samples evaluation. Result interpretation would be requested beyond reporting data.  Workshop compounding line and injection machine operation. Materail weighting mixing and moldign in micro and small scale in pilot line. For the machines and molds it will be requested to prepare the setup for planned trials and tests. Lab and workshop equipment regular maintenance activities including the coordination of external services.  Spot communication and training with colleagues, partners or suppliers, regionally or oversee.  What You'll Bring to the Table Diploma Perito Chimico o Meccanico Any experience in laboratory testing or plastic/rubber production machines preferred Minimum 2 years working experience Languages: English (Intermediate or higher). Chinese or Spanish would be a plus.  Chemical and/or mechanical minimum knowledge  MS office package experienced (excel and powerpoint needed)  Independent in daily working activities for small problem solving. Precise and careful to details, curious. Teamwork in an international environment.
