Description

Roles & responsibilities Examining and analyzing financial information (including trial balance, income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, etc.) Identifying risk associated with existing and potential asset-based lending transaction and conduct relevant financial analysis Preparation of data books in accordance with firm and professional standards and in accordance with project requirements Analyzing extensive data sets and preparing data books to comprehend working capital components, historical trends/observations and framing questions for client/target company Examining clients’ compliance with the servicing criteria outlined in Item 1122(d) of Reg AB with respect to asset backed securities transactions Writing summarized analysis in KPMG report Performing review of KPMG reports for consistency Establishing strong professional relationships with team members Utilize tools such as ABLA, Alteryx, Power Query etc. on projects

Responsibilities

The role involves examining and analyzing financial information and identifying risks associated with asset-based lending transactions. Additionally, the consultant will prepare data books and analyze extensive data sets to understand working capital components and historical trends.
