Your key responsibilitiesTechnical Excellence Expertise in conducting technical audits of claims and medical reviews, ensuring compliance with established protocols. Hands-on experience in performing death audits and medical audits to evaluate the accuracy and integrity of claim processes. Skilled in delivering technical training sessions designed for various stakeholders involved in claim adjudication management. Proficient in supporting capacity-building initiatives to enhance the competencies of claim adjudicators and master trainers. Strong foundation in managing comprehensive claim adjudication processes within the healthcare or insurance sectors.
