REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the in house/recruitment industry or sales related experience is preferred.
  • Aggressive, positive, and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and result-oriented environment.
  • Driven to exceed targets and confident in undertaking business development tasks, with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Possesses excellent presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to advise clients and candidates at all levels professionally.
  • Excellent command in English, Mandarin
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Consultant position.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for executive candidate search to cope with the clients’ business expansion and recruitment needs globally, especially in APAC region.
  • Understand the market trends and provide professional consultancy service to clients and candidates to build a long-term relationship.
  • Manage full spectrum of recruitment services, including but not limited to meeting clients and candidates, understanding clients’ needs and job requirements, assessing and identifying the right candidates, presenting suitable candidates to clients and further job interview, offer arrangement and CV formatting etc.
  • Achieve business target and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients to increase sales revenue.
  • Work closely with Consultant to assess candidate’s profile to determine their suitability to client’s job requirements
