Technical skills: · Proficiency in delivering Financial Baselines, Organization baselines, Operational data analysis, Comparator Benchmarks. · Running management interviews as applicable and ability to summary it into an insightful client ready report · Ability to interact with the leading stakeholders both internal (Partner /MDs) and External (Client leadership) stakeholders on engagements · Experience of working on cost optimization or performance improvement/ transformation engagements · Working knowledge of at least one of the data analytics tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI or Tableau · Good business acumen combined with data analysis and insight generation skills Behavioural / team skills · Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations · Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Team player; self-driven and ability to work independently · Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
Responsibilities
