The role Join SoftwareOne's fast-growing IT Portfolio Management (ITPM) team as an Associate Consultant – SAM, where you’ll help global customers gain complete control and visibility over their software assets. If you’re someone with solid expertise in software licensing, SAM tools, and FlexeraOne, this is a great opportunity to work with a world leader in the Software Asset Management space. Key Responsibilites Manage end-to-end Software Asset Management (SAM) activities for enterprise customers Maintain accurate license entitlement & compliance using FlexeraOne Perform license imports, reconciliation, and consumption analysis Provide actionable insights for cost optimization & risk mitigation Support customers through compliance assessments & vendor audits Create custom reports to optimize software usage and spend Act as Single Point of Contact for subsidiaries across xDC services delivery Ensure SLA-driven delivery with strong process adherence Lead or support SAM projects in collaboration with global teams What we need to see from you 4–7 years of experience in SAM or Software Licensing Strong expertise in FlexeraOne (Mandatory) Deep understanding of Tier-1 publisher licensing — Microsoft, IBM, Adobe, VMware, Oracle Strong analytical and methodical skills (Excel proficiency essential) Good understanding of Managed Services & ITIL framework Excellent communication, presentation & stakeholder management skills Quality-focused, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shift-based work Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment Job Function Software & Cloud
