Description
Roles & Responsibilities: This individual will be a part of the offshore delivery PMO team and work with onshore engagement teams on PMO of programmes supporting clients across the globe. PMO responsibilities will include: Providing project management support to US/UK engagements including administration, organization of project meetings and plans. Project governance & reporting Maintaining Stakeholder relation and managing project communication and project meetings. Financial Management: Creating financial dashboards and analyzing budget vs actual, financial forecast, profitability, work-in-progress, etc. Periodical status tracking Setting up and administration of PMO tools like MSP and Power BIProficient in project management . Excellent communication skills PMO experience with capability across most of project management areas (Compliance, Risk management, reporting etc.) Developing and maintaining the program governance/Compliance management, plan update, RAID Management, weekly and monthly reporting, and program administration. Document Management and Tool Management. Communication and outreach to program/Project teams. Billing and Financial management (Reconciliation, Debtor Management, WIP Management) Project scope management and reporting. Effectively manage project management applications and tools. Ensuring PMO services are delivered using best in class practice and Methodology. Responsible to manage and address any inquires based on the assignee initiation Responsible to manage and execute compliance report. Responsible to oversee and manage all electronic files to ensure documentation maintained for global mobility population Billing and Financial management (Invoice monitoring, Debtor Management, WIP Management)Work with global teams to understand the status of the filings for client(s). Understand processes and dependencies in meeting obligations of the filings in countries. Provide engagement status on a periodic basis highlighting risks and issues and achievements. Qualification: Graduate/Post graduate degree from a reputed institute
