About Cofactor Group Cofactor Group is a life sciences consulting firm based in the Philadelphia area. We help biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies develop, launch, and market innovative medicines. Since 2002, we have used our integrated capabilities in market research, analytics, management consulting, and project management to help clients achieve their goals across all phases of the product lifecycle. The Role You will work closely with experienced consultants and be mentored by the firm’s partners. You will contribute across a range of client projects, while building a foundation of core consulting skills and a deep understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry. As you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to specialize in one or more practice areas and begin to lead client engagements. The position is hybrid, with an expectation for regular in-person work at our office in Wayne, PA. The office is accessible by car or train from downtown Philadelphia. Travel to client sites is presently uncommon but may be required in the future. Traits of a successful candidate The Associate position is an entry-level role, requiring a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
