Your key responsibilitiesTechnical Excellence Solid understanding of workforce advisory methodologies and practices, specifically in the context of assessment centers. Proficient in managing the logistics and execution of assessment center activities to ensure smooth operations. Experienced in crafting detailed reports that effectively communicate assessment outcomes and recommendations. Ability to analyze data from assessment centers to derive actionable insights for client workforce planning. Strong organizational skills in coordinating stakeholders and resources for optimal delivery of assessment center functions.
