Having found exceptional product/market fit, we’re in the midst of transitioning from 'start-up' to ‘scale-up’, and are looking for a rockstar Employee benefits consultant to capitalise on the huge demand for our product. Role Responsibilities Assist Plum’s clientele to purchase life insurance products in line with their needs. Ensure a high level of responsiveness with prospects through the sales process. Navigate complex sales cycles in tandem with some of the largest insurers to ensure best-in-class experience for the customers. Liaise with partner insurers to develop and enhance product offerings, manage day-to-day operations wrt policy booking, placement, and post sales services. Role Requirements 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer-facing, sales, or partner-facing roles. The ability to execute highly credible and articulate face-to-face, over the phone, and email conversations. The ability to pitch complex ideas & products in an elegant, compelling way. The ability to work with tight targets and timelines. Eagerness to learn, has a stronger challenger mindset to work at multiple level with different partners. Experience of having worked with an insur-tech / insurer / broker agency is a big plus. Experience of having worked in financial services / personal finance / wealth management space is a good to have.
