Your main responsabilities will be : Client Facing: Client relationship building throughout the sales and production process. This includes training on correspondence processes for claim-related information. Subject Matter Expert: A technical understanding of your specialism with enthusiasm to approach it from a consulting lens. Report and Claim Management: Support the team in creating structured claim reports, R&D project descriptions, and claims adjustments. Qualifications Strong Academic Foundation: A degree in Mechanical Engineering is required. Dependable: You align with client needs, adhere to reporting methodology, and collaborate among team members on projects and rationales. Critical Thinker: Able to research, investigate, and solve problems using available resources.
