ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for approximately 40-60 total accounts (depending on other responsibilities and factors), with assistance from an Account Coordinator or Senior Account Coordinator • Sends final client deliverable, as well as written recommendation, to dedicated team member for peer review • Responsible for presenting client deliverable, as needed, to core team and/or client with leadership supervision • Potential responsibility related to growth (build relationship and working parameters with growth team) • Seen as Subject Matter Expert by core teams and/or clients • Minimal escalations required to complete traditional renewals • First line of defense for escalated issues related to marketing, claims and/or clinical with ability to discern further escalation to Manager • Obtain/maintain license QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field and/or years of experience equivalent • 3-5 years of Client services experience is required • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required • Demonstrates strong working knowledge and experience within brokerage industry • Understands industry trends and governmental regulations • Ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed • Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions • Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time in order to meet deadlines • Legally able to work in the United States Lockton Companies LLC is proud to provide everyone an equal opportunity to grow and advance.
