Description

We are looking for an Associate Consultant, Strategy to play a key role in supporting with developing and designing comprehensive communication strategies for our clients. This includes identifying target audiences, developing messaging frameworks, and ensuring cohesive, impactful communications across all channels.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting and communications strategy, preferably in an agency or consultancy setting.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel communication strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Support the development of comprehensive communication strategies tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  • Audience Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences, assess communication needs, and tailor messages for maximum impact.
  • Messaging & Positioning: Create compelling and consistent messaging frameworks that articulate key client value propositions and resonate with stakeholders.
  • Campaign Development: Design communication campaigns across multiple platforms (digital, social media, traditional media, etc.).
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Design stakeholder engagement strategies, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Measurement & Evaluation: Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and ensuring the timely delivery of communication deliverables.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams, PR specialists, content creators, and digital marketing experts to deliver cohesive communication solutions.
  • Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure innovative communication strategies for clients.
