About the Opportunity You’ll join an experienced consulting team in a collaborative, mission-driven environment that encourages curiosity and hands on learning. As a Software Implementation Consultant, you’ll work on meaningful projects that help public sector organizations modernize essential systems across healthcare, aerospace, defense, and public safety. At Icertis, you’ll learn from certified experts and mentors while practical experience with enterprise SaaS delivery early in your career. Through training, platform certifications, and real project work, you’ll build skills in technology, AI, business processes, and client consulting. You’ll earn Icertis certifications that strengthen your long-term career in SaaS and grow into roles such as Functional Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Solution Architect as your expertise develops.
