The Position: Quality Assurance Consultant The ideal starting point for the Computer Science or Business Computer Information Systems major that is anxious to be engaged in the multiple career paths available within the IT industry. As a Consultant you will have the visibility and responsibility to maintain, manage and enhance multiple Contact Center enterprise solutions that are vital to the success of Corporations and government entities. The Consultant will work within defined processes to execute change management, daily maintenance and will be responsible to react to Customer reported events and perform the necessary triage. This position will focus on the implementation, support and upgrades of the industry leading Contact Center Software suite, Genesys, maintain, develop and deploy SQL for ETLs and BI reporting. Consultant will have the opportunity to work with all components of the Genesys Suite, which include bots, AI, self-service (IVR), voice, SMS, real-time analytics, routing, reporting and recording solutions. Responsibilities: SQL (SQL Server, PSQL, Oracle) Understanding of SIP protocols (SIP/SDP/RTP) CTI - a thorough knowledge of the messaging between telephony platforms, phones and applications Familiarity with Web page protocols and languages, including JavaScript and HTML SIP stream analysis (including firewall and SBC transitions) Call Routing IP Networking and Routing CTI messaging, including endpoint registrations, subscriptions, redirects, treatments, and data attachment.
