Roles and Responsibilities Designation: Associate Consultant Reporting to Manager Employment type: Full Time Job description • Learn & successfully complete the requisite on job training for the relevant function, technology, or service offering. • Co-ordinate & work closely with in-country management consulting and Managed Services teams across the globe. • Be recognized as a subject matter expert on the aligned function, technology, or service offering. • Effectively collaborate and communicate with team members, stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction. Job Requirements • Understands the function, technology, or service line strategy & objectives. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment & handle both planned & unplanned responsibilities. • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. • Ability to prioritize workload & execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up & resolution. • Highly self-motivated, well organized, detail oriented, focus on delivering quality work. • Uncompromising commitment to customer satisfaction. • Keen to learn, train & certify themselves in pertinent technology & functional solutions. Preferred Skills * Must have experience working with any 3 modules EPBCS / PCM / TRCS / PCF / EDMCS / FCCS. * Proficient in writing Business Rules / Calc scripts. * Experience with building Forms, working with SmartLists, Menu, Task List, Security and all other artifacts of the planning tools. * Familiar with Application tuning and Optimization. * Experience in ASO cubes and MDX member formulas. * Good understanding and experience with Data movement between applications. * Ability to update and maintain integrations in Data Management * Experience in Data Validation * Experience with automation and scheduling Jobs * experience in requirement gathering and addressing client concerns * Ability to Create and Demo EPM functionality to clients * Automate tasks that will eliminate repetitive tasks * Good documentation and presentation skills Experience & Background * Graduate qualification (B.E/B.Tech)/MCA/MBA/CA KPMG is an equal opportunity employer.
