Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Associate Content Developer at Mediaocean produces clear, user-friendly technical documentation. This role is essential in ensuring all users have accessible, accurate information about Mediaocean’s products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Transform complex technical documents into easy-to-understand materials, such as manuals and help articles, always focusing on the audience’s perspective.
  • Design educational programs that suit different learning backgrounds and needs. Collaborate with product managers and subject matter experts to make resources accessible to everyone.
  • Choose the best methods to organize and present content logically, using modular designs and visuals as needed. Consistency with design standards is key for clarity across all documents.
  • Create and update training materials, e-learning videos to support both employees and clients as products evolve.
  • Communicate procedures and troubleshooting steps accurately and simply.
  • Work with experts to gather information. Collaborate to ensure all documentation meets high standards and user needs.

THIS ROLE IS OPEN TO FULLY REMOTE CANDIDATES (WITH A PREFERENCE FOR THOSE IN THE EASTERN TIME ZONE), AS WELL AS CANDIDATES BASED IN CHICAGO OR NEW YORK CITY WHO CAN WORK IN A HYBRID CAPACITY.
