The Associate, Content supports the Office of the 24-Hour Economy Commissioner by coordinating a range of content production and project management activities that help deliver on the Office’s priorities. The Associate, Content plays an important role in producing clear, timely and accessible information across digital channels, ensuring messaging is consistent, engaging and aligned with the agency’s brand and strategic goals.
You’ll be involved in developing a variety of content (written, visual and multimedia) for use across websites, social media, direct communications, printed materials, events and presentations. You’ll help plan, draft and coordinate the review, publishing and production processes, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.
The role also includes regular reporting to support decision-making, managing digital assets, and using performance data and user insights to improve content and communication activities over time. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys creative problem-solving, working across teams, and contributing to high-quality public-facing communications.
