We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated Conveyancer to join our award-winning Residential Conveyancing team in the Derby/Nottingham office. The focus of this role will be on processing the buying and/or selling of a property.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to apply their legal skills and experience in a demanding yet supportive team environment.

The successful candidate will have experience of managing a caseload, including:

• Sales
• Purchases
• Transfer of equity
• Remortgages

To be successful in applying for this role, you must be an experienced fee earner and able to handle your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from inception through to completion.
As well as having Conveyancing fee earning experience you must have excellent client care skills. You should be technically strong with an eye for detail and have the ability to communicate effectively. You must also be reliable, organised, able to work in a busy environment, possess excellent time management and interpersonal skills, and be enthusiastic about business development.
