Job Description The Associate in People Ops is responsible for managing and resolving complex employee issues That related to Social Insurance and labor Office. This role involves Handling all Governmental Inspections that related to People Ops and addressing findings, Gaps, and concerns, Then Resolve them. The Specialist will collaborate with HR Business Partners, Core Ops team members, and legal teams. What’s On Your Plate? Managing Onboarding Formalities. Managing Offboarding Formalities. Secure all needed wet ink signatures. Review the Hiring Documents. Handling End-To-End Social insurance for employees. Create an accurate Tracker for all employee’s social insurance status. Generate periodic reports Updated status for social insurance. Manage employee’s files archiving system. Handle all Governmental Inspections. Identify Findings and gaps and the result of inspections and work to resolve them. Review New Joiners’ Heiring Documents and assure that it’s Completed. Generate reports related to inspections and its Results. Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Qualifications What Did We Order? • University degree in HR, or a related field • Minimum 2 years of Core People Operations experience and Social Insurance handling Issues. • Knowledge of local employment laws • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously. • Strong personal and work ethics.
