This dynamic position requires a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a keen understanding of the hospitality industry. Responsibilities: Devise comprehensive sales strategies to attract corporate clients and achieve revenue targets. Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead in the industry. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential corporate clients, showcasing the company's offerings and unique value propositions. Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends. Analyze sales data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and events, to create integrated strategies that enhance the overall guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Generate regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and forecasts for presentation to senior management. ​Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and establish new business connections Requirements 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B/B2C Proficiency in English, Arabic languages. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field. Proven experience in corporate sales. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Results-driven and target-oriented mindset. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
