JOB TITLE: ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR – QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Location: London (Hybrid working available)
Salary: £80,000 – £95,000 per annum

ABOUT US:

We are a leading consultancy specialising in the real estate and built environment sectors, delivering high-quality cost and project management services across a diverse portfolio. Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced Associate Director – Quantity Surveyor to join our London team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven consultancy experience within the UK real estate/built environment sectors
• Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge (e.g., JCT, NEC)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
• Ideally MRICS chartered (not essential if equivalent experience can be demonstrated)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

THE ROLE:

As an Associate Director, you will play a key leadership role in the successful delivery of projects across the commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading project teams, and providing strategic cost advice from inception through to completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and deliver a range of pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services
• Oversee project teams and mentor junior staff
• Act as the main client contact, ensuring high levels of service delivery and satisfaction
• Support business development and bid preparation activities
• Drive quality, innovation, and best practice across projects
