POSITION SUMMARY:

Based in Bain’s Dubai or Riyadh office, you will support the ME Assistant General Counsel in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating legal contracts

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Juris Doctor (JD) with 2+ years of experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts in a law firm or in-house setting
• Licensed to practice law in one of the ME countries
• Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, articulate, and hardworking
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-focused environment
• Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint
• Experience working with global clients is preferred
