JOB DESCRIPTION

AGA is seeking an experienced couples counsellor to join our practice as an independent associate. This role is ideal for a clinician with 5+ years of experience and specialized training in couples therapy.

As an associate, you’ll:

• Receive steady referrals without the hassle or expense of marketing.
• Have referrals matched to your expertise and availability.
• Benefit from fair compensation (higher than most EAPs).
• Enjoy flexibility to work virtually from home or from your own office.

REQUIREMENTS

• Registered with BCACC or equivalent (RCC, RSW, etc.) and hold professional insurance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in couples counselling with specialized training.
• Availability for evenings or weekends, both virtually and in-person.
• Must be located in the Lower Mainland (Vancouver, B.C.).
• EMDR training is an asset.
  The position will begin as soon as we find the right candidate. Associates will have access to Jane Clinic Management software.
