EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field.

  • Experience in creating designs for both digital (email, web, social media, etc.)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Ability to understand and adhere to ADA compliance guidelines.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Ability to take direction and adjust designs based on feedback.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an Associate Creative Design Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and production of high-quality visual content for various digital marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to help develop engaging, on-brand creative assets that resonate with target audiences. The ideal candidate will be skilled in design tools and techniques, have a strong eye for detail, and possess a passion for creating compelling visual narratives that drive engagement.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design Development:

  • Create original and innovative design concepts for marketing materials, including email templates, websites, social media, presentations, advertisements, brochures, etc.
  • Develop visually appealing layouts, illustrations, and visual content.

Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure all design materials adhere to brand guidelines to maintain consistency in design elements, color schemes, fonts, and messaging across all media.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive execution across all visual touchpoints.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Work closely with marketing managers, content creators, product teams, and developers to bring concepts to life and support marketing campaigns.
  • Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions.

Creative Concepting and Strategy:

  • Support the development of creative concepts and campaigns from initial ideas through final execution.
  • Assist in transforming complex concepts into clear, simple, and visually impactful designs that communicate the brand’s message effectively.

Production and Asset Management:

  • Produce and deliver high-quality final design assets in various formats (web-optimized, social media-ready, print-ready) while ensuring specifications are met.
  • Meeting deadlines and adjusting priorities as needed.

Staying Up-to-Date with Design Trends:

  • Continuously research and stay current with industry design trends, techniques, and software tools to enhance creativity and keep designs fresh and innovative.
