REQUIREMENTS

10+ years of experience in a creative agency, brand studio, or media environment.
A strong portfolio that showcases concept-first, integrated thinking across platforms spanning digital, social, branded content, and experiential.
Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Experience overseeing both design and copy, and collaborating across disciplines with ease.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining creative quality.
Hands-on experience with content production and an eye for detail throughout the process.
A collaborative mindset, a strategic POV, and a passion for making work that moves people and builds brands.
Highly responsive and attentive
Experience artfully pitching and presenting to clients and key stakeholders
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
Bachelor’s Degree in Design or similar field

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Hello Sunshine is seeking a hand-on Associate Creative Director (Art Director + Copywriter) to join our growing creative team to help lead concept development, storytelling, and execution across branded content, original IP, and partner campaigns. This role is for a strong creative thinker and maker, someone who can balance strategy with imagination, lead brainstorms with confidence, and elevate work through smart design and narrative thinking. You’ll partner closely with creative leadership to shape ideas from pitch through production, and guide cross-functional teams to bring meaningful, culture-forward work to life.

THE SALARY RANGE FOR THIS ROLE IS $110,000-$135,000
