POSITION OVERVIEW:
We’re on the hunt for an Associate Creative Director (ACD) with deep experience in pharmaceutical sales training—someone who understands the balance between strategic storytelling and instructional design. You’ll lead the development of visually engaging and educational materials that help sales reps truly learn and retain. From at-home learning kits to tactile experiences, from e-learning modules to national sales meeting decks, your work will drive engagement and elevate outcomes.
As an ACD you’ll guide visual strategy and design across multiple pharma accounts, ensuring that every touchpoint—from concept to completion—is insightful, brand-aligned, and learning-effective. You’ll collaborate with writers, instructional designers, account leads, and client stakeholders. Fast-paced doesn’t scare you. Juggling deadlines doesn’t faze you. You make things happen and you make them beautiful.
