Responsibilities
  • Lead a talented design + writing + motion team across all phases of projects from brief through delivery for UCAN and global regions.
  • Develop performance/ROI-driven creative: Design and optimize ads for paid social (Meta/IG, TikTok, Snap, X, YouTube), DSPs, and in-app placements.
  • Lead end-to-end creative development across internal teams and external vendors—partnering with Producers on resourcing and timelines and with Growth Marketing/cross‑functional partners to deliver brand‑forward, big‑idea work that’s measurable, testable, and drives performance.Leverage data and creative insights to optimize strategy, messaging, and overall creative process.
  • Research and forecast new and emerging trends for evergreen campaigns.
  • Craft compelling stories, using key user insights to inform concepts and storytelling.
  • Represent the thinking behind your team’s work to key stakeholders, creative directors and team members.
  • Ensure that projects are always on-brand and on-track, despite tight deadlines.
  • Cultivate a positive, healthy, and high performing team culture.
